Robert Pattinson is splashing out $NZ60,000 on a lavish Halloween party for his Twilight pals.
The British actor has decided to treat the cast and crew of the latest instalment in the vampire series The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn to a ghoulish bash during a break from filming this weekend, and has even paid for costume designers to create special spooky outfits for them all to wear.

A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Rob's organising a huge soiree to celebrate Halloween, he thinks it is going to be hilarious for them all to dress up in scary costumes.

"The crew are huge fans of Rob and are really looking forward to it. Rob knows how much they all love Halloween so has really gone to town.

"He's asked a couple of costume designers he knows to make special ghoul costumes for his guests."

It is thought the 24-year-old heartthrob will be dressing as famous blood-sucker Dracula for the Los Angeles bash.

Robert is also believed to have splashed out on a Halloween-inspired gift for his girlfriend Kristen Stewart to celebrate the spooky day - which lands on Sunday October 31.
